The operator of nakedwifepics.com confines their activities with regard to sexually explicit content contributed by third-party users to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, or formatting only. All portions of the website that offer such user contributed content are under the control of the relevant users. By virtue of this, the operator or the owner of the website is free of duty concerning compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as decreed in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4).
